If you're having trouble accessing videos or logging in, try these steps:

  • Compatible Browser: Viewing is only available for mobile devices on their default browsers so if you use iOS use Safari if android use chrome, firefox or the devices default browser, only supported devices are devices released within the last 3 to 4 years.
  • Video not playing outside of fullscreen: For some Android devices, you cannot play the video outside of fullscreen, so if your playback is blank/dark, toggle fullscreen.
  • Double-check your Username/Email and Password: Make sure there are no typos and that Caps Lock is off (or on, if needed for your password).
  • Verify your Internet Connection: Ensure you’re online and have a stable connection.
  • Toggle Full Screen on Android device: On Android, you may not see the videos loading from the initial load. Make sure to toggle fullscreen.
  • Clear your Browser’s Cache and Cookies: Find the clear cache and cookie options and clear them. Once you clear them, restart your browser.
  • Try an Incognito/Private Browse Window: This bypasses your browser’s existing cache and cookies.
  • Try a Different Browser: See if the issue is specific to the browser you’re currently using.
  • Temporarily Disable VPNs or Proxies: These services can sometimes interfere with site connections.
  • Avoid “Remember Me” conflicts: If you checked “Remember Me” previously and are now stuck, try avoiding that.
  • Reset Your Password: Use the “Forgot Password” or “Lost your password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions.
  • Contact Support: If you encounter any issues you can’t troubleshoot, be sure to reach out to support@raceplay.info. Response time is typically 24-48 hours.

Common Issues

  • "Patreon authentication failed": Make sure you allowed access and are using the correct account.
  • "Subscribed but cannot log in": Simply log out then log back in and allow the portal to refresh your session!
  • "Session expired": Log in again to refresh your session.
  • "Access denied": You must be an active Patreon subscriber to view content.
  • Cache/cookie issues: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the site.
  • Wrong Patreon Account: If you have multiple Patreon accounts or email accounts in the same browser, Patreon may automatically use the wrong account. To fix this: Log out of Patreon directly (go to Patreon.com and sign out), then log back in with the correct account before trying to access the site again.
  • Cancel or switch your Patreon subscription: To cancel your subscription or switch to another tier, go to Patreon, visit our profile, and you will see prompts to cancel your subscription. To switch between tiers, the best way is to wait until your current subscription ends, then subscribe to the new tier.
